The project had been commenced in 1963 and had grown by leaps and bounds since then. Visitors are stunned to find thousands of cattle grazing in the verdant greenery on the undulating hills within the farm. The Swiss Brown cattle has proved to be a sturdy hybrid so far. Apart from the livestock, the tourists are amazed to find well-kept gardens and choco plantations within the premises along with herbal plants growing together in abundance.
