Day 1- First take a drive to Munnar (approx 140 km); it takes around 4 hour to reach after one’s arrival in Cochin.
Day 2- Stay in Munnar; take a whole day for a spellbinding tour.
Day 3- Drive to Thekkady (approx 110 km), it takes around 3 hours to cover the distance from Munnar.
Day 4- Visit the last stop to Alleppey (approx 160km), to be covered within 4 hours of Drive from Thekkady.
Day 5- Return to Cochin (approx 90km), it takes just 2 hours drive from Alleppey to end the tour.
Day 1Drive to Munnar from Cochin (140km)
Since one is arrived at the Cochin International Airport, one can easily get a cab (pre booked) or local taxis to reach your destination. Greeted or welcomed by the local tour operators tourist can take a straight drive to Munnar or as it is popular as “Kashmir of South India”. Arriving in Munnar, you can check in into your resort/hotel, grab some food, check out local eateries or hotel dining menu and relax whole day followed by overnight stay to unleash the exciting tour to Munnar.
Day 2Munnar tour
Waking up at the fascinating location is an utmost delight itself, get freshened up and get yourself a healthy and satisfying breakfast or experience the succulent buffet of your hotel. Start from Mattuppetty Dam –built in 1953 is one of the most alluring sites of Munnar, one can take a boat ride as well around the lake, after this go visit the Echo Point – trekking, nature walks is for what this place is famous for, Kundala Lake- experience the rides in Shikara boats, Photo Point- another striking or alluring point where one can numerous photos to capture the breathtaking views, Top Station- located at the TamilNadu border is another great place to visit.
Well for wildlife lovers there is an Eravikulam National Park where one can spot Nilgiri Tahr or numerous other exotic species. Or go to Anaimudi Peak to encounter the thrilling experience to reach till the highest peak in South India, or visit Spice plantations, International Hydel Park, Tata Tea Museum and many other little spots .Come back to hotel grab dinner or rest overnight in Munnar.
Day 3Drive to Thekkady from Munnar (110km)

Day 4Drive to Alleppey from Thekkady (160km)

If you have some you can go out some shopping as well. Drive to the Cochin according to your time and reach your pre- planned station or airport.
