The Chopta Valley
The valley is bordered between the charismatic state of Uttarakhand and the alluring state of Sikkim. An undefined height of 4000 meters above the sea level adding on to the charm of the valley with rich effervescence calling of the blue skies. Although the magnificent charm of the place attracts tourists all year long the best time of visit in the starting months of winter commencing from October to June.
The place is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
There is no entry fee charged to enter the Vally.

The nearest rail track to the city of Pelling is the Darjeeling Railway Station situated at a distance of 194.4 km and takes around 6 hours and 55 minutes to reach the valley. The nearest airport is the Bagdogra Airport in Siliguri, West Bengal.
